Lenoox LLC ships all orders free of charge within the United States. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days from our Free Shipping facility.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Free Shipping

All orders ship free with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lenooxllc.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors and household members first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days and we will work with the carrier to locate it.
