Lenoox LLC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items must be unused and free from damage caused by the customer.
All original accessories and components must be included.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, installed, or modified.
Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Items missing original packaging or components.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@lenooxllc.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Package the item securely with all original components.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged on arrival or we sent the wrong product.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable.

Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Item

If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us at info@lenooxllc.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following the standard return process.
